How does the collection/ drop-off service work?

It's pretty simple really. Select the service or repair you need, then choose a time convenient to you. We'll then pick it up from the address you gave us - be it home or office or anywhere in-between. Currently available in London & Cambridge. One of our expert mechanics will then assess it, and share an e-quote for approval before work, so there's no nasty bill shock. We'll then aim to deliver your bike back to you within 72hrs. Job done. Faff-free.

How much does it cost?

We like to keep things simple and fair. That's why we charge based on your location to the nearest available workshop, with the fee capped at £25.

Where do you collect?

We currently offer our collection service within London and Cambridge. Be it your home, the office, or your secret underground lair. We've got you covered. More locations coming soon.

How do I cancel or reschedule a collection or delivery?
