For an E-Bike to be road legal in the UK it must have a maximum power output of 250 watts, should only be propelled by the use of the pedals and not give any assistance to the bike when it’s traveling more than 15.5mph. Bikes that use a twist or thumb throttle on the handlebars are only legally allowed to give an output of 4mph, this is called Walk Assist mode.

We are able to fully service any EAPC regulated bikes, these usually come with Shimano or Bosch systems. We have the correct training, tools and diagnostics equipment to resolve any problems and a supplier if parts need replacing.

It's pretty simple really. Select the service or repair you need, then choose a time convenient to you. We'll then pick it up from the address you gave us - be it home or office or anywhere in-between. One of our expert mechanics will then assess it, and share an e-quote for approval before work, so there's no nasty bill shock. We'll then aim to deliver your bike back to you within 72hrs. Job done. Faff-free.
