About the role: 

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our team in London. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for supporting our London stores by collecting and delivering customers' bikes to ensure timely repair and maintenance services. We’ve got the Van already, so we just need you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

Safely operate company owned van to collect and deliver customers' bikes between their locations and our repair centers. 

Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Load and unload bikes from the van with care to prevent any damage during transportation. 

Conduct basic inspections of bikes to identify any visible damage or issues prior to loading them onto the van. 

Communicate effectively with store managers, customer support and customers to coordinate pickup and delivery times. 

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any relevant paperwork. 

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving and operating the van. 

Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to the appropriate department. 

Support other departments with the van when needed (stock and goods transfers)

Qualifications: 

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 

Proven experience as a van driver or similar role, preferably in a commercial or delivery environment. 

Familiarity with London's roads and neighborhoods. 

Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety. 

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including bikes, as needed. 

Good communication and customer service skills. 

Basic knowledge of bike mechanics is a plus but not required. 

Flexibility to work varied hours and occasional weekends, as needed. 

Benefits:
