Who's responsible for the repairs on my bike?

You are - but don't worry, we're here to help!
While the bike’s with you, it’s important to keep it in good shape. Not sure how often it needs a service? No worries—just chat with our support team, and we’ll help you figure it out! Regular maintenance helps your bike last longer and saves you money down the road.

What happens after I request a Brompton?

Great question! Provided you’ve signed your agreement and paid your deposit with Get Living, we’ll prepare your new ride in one of our workshops. We’ll then contact you to schedule a delivery date and drop it right to your door - for free!

Can I just turn up for a bike repair?

Absolutely!
However, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to repair your bike on the spot. If you do arrive without a booking, you may be asked to book in and we’ll repair your bike once the other bookings for that day have been completed.

What happens at the end of my agreement?

When you're at the end of your agreement, you'll need to book the bike in for an end of tenancy assessment - you can do this on the portal homepage.

Our mechanics will assess the condition of the bike, and send any advisories and notes directly to The Filigree. If there's any unexpected damage or repairs, they'll reach out to you directly to discuss.

Your bike will need to be returned to our East Dulwich site, but don't worry - when you book, you'll automatically be booked into the correct workshop.
